This secondhand Japanese nun doll which appears to be made from fabtic is from Nagasaki. When Christainity arrived in Japan, Nagasaki became a centre of Catholicism with underground Christains continued to practice there even when Christainity was outlawed in Japan. This is an old doll showing some signs of age.
